The client’s marketing team came to us with an unlimited calls offer for the holidays season. We came up with an idea based around the expression “Let your mouth go for a walk” and turned it in a 360° campaign including plush toys!

Let’s remember this was back in 2009 when the whole idea of ‘real life stunts accompanied by cameras’ was so new we didn’t have any previously successful examples from elsewhere to show the client. Yet they still bought our concept.

The usual deal for a telco campaign. Unlimited this. Unlimited that. A set long-term visual concept. Restraints on production timing and costs. And a tough client. Eventually, the simplest idea to capture the concept of endlessness persevered. A vortex.

T-Mobile Czech Republic – Contagious Laughter

X-mas 2009 campaign for T-Mobile Czech Republic.
The ad was shot for real in the Prague tram #25 on a late October morning.
With a couple plants and 12 hidden cameras we got the whole tram laughing. All to augment that truly  ‘Life is for sharing’.

T-Mobile Czech Republic – Candid Family Picture


T-Mobile Czech Republic 2009 campaign for the Family Package.
Nobody had a clue what would happen when we’d sent a comedian out to invade people’s families by either trying to jump in their car’s trunk or photobombing (a word that nobody used back then even) their photographs. We were worried there might be some violent reactions.
Instead, actually the Czechs turned out to be very mellow and welcoming. One family almost drove off with our actor! Still, we got the footage we needed and made some of the first candid camera commercials of a new era.
